Sunwalt Dental Works · The Institute of Dental Implantology
Restorations built to seat right the first time.
We partner with clinics on all things dental. Specializing in implant-retained prosthetics, full mouth reconstruction from surgery day to final. Full service includes all types of removable prosthetics all the way to all your esthetically driven fixed cases — custom designed digitally, finished by hand, and tracked from impression to delivery.
Case work, by discipline.
Every case moves through the same digital-to-hand-finished workflow — only the discipline changes.
Implant-Retained Prosthetics
Full-arch and multi-unit restorations verified for passive fit before a case ever leaves the lab.
Digital Design & Milling
Scans can come through any intraoral scanning portal, like 3Shape or iTero; every case is designed on screen by Sunwalt's experienced digital team before a single layer of material is cut.
Custom Abutments & Screw Channels
Custom emergence profiles, machined to exact tolerance for a cleaner clinical seat, lead into custom angulated screw channels placed by experience for the most optimal access.
Shade & Esthetic Finishing
Hand-layered characterization checked against the actual shade your patient was matched to — verified with OPTISHADE® digital shade matching, not a default preset.

Sunwalt Dental Works Inc. operates as The Institute of Dental Implantology — a name for what the lab actually is: a synthesis of long-term, hands-on experience across the full range of implant dentistry. We've planned and restored cases from single-unit implant crowns to complete full-mouth reconstructions, carrying each one from initial treatment planning through final prosthetic delivery.
That range is the point. Knowing how an implant is placed and why — not just how a crown is shaped — is what separates a restoration that merely fits from one that performs the way the case actually calls for. We work case by case rather than in volume batches, so the same eyes that plan a restoration digitally are the ones finishing it by hand before it ships.
